    • Pricing starts with a base rate for your first pet.

    • For families with two or more pets that need care, please contact us for a custom quote.

    • Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the owner.

    • Price change will go into effect with a 30 day written notice to the customer.

    • 50% of stay will be due upon booking. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion.

  • The Extended Care rate is an automatic charge that is applied to house-sitting services when the expected return time exceeds 12 p.m. This policy ensures fair compensation for sitters who provide additional care during longer stays.

    You can view the Extended Care rate in the booking details. This rate will be applied to each pet included in the booking (excluding non dog/cat care)

    • A full refund is provided if you cancel by 12 p.m. within 1 week of the stay.

    • 50% refund if you cancel anytime after the 1 week until the first day of the stay.

What to expect during your stay

  • The meet and greet serves as a opportunity for us to dive into your pet’s unique personality and preferences! During this time we’ll chat about their quirks and habits while going over important care instructions to ensure they receive all the love and attention they deserve.

    • The meet and greet will not be an automatic booking. Both Sitter and Pet Parent will mutually decided if it is a good fit.

    • Be prepared to answer questions regarding your pets routine, medication, unique personality traits etc..

  • During your stay our dedicated team is committed to exceeding your expectations with top-notch care tailored to your pet’s unique needs. From daily exercise and playtime to cozy cuddle sessions and special treats. We prioritize safety, health, and happiness, ensuring your beloved pets feel right at home until your return.
