This fee covers additional home care tasks requested during overnight stays, such as extensive plant watering, cleaning/ outdoor activities, managing multiple trash/recycling bins, or other duties beyond basic tidying. It ensures we can give your space the attention it needs while focusing on your pets' comfort and safety.

💵 Extended Care Rate:
+50% of base rate (per pet type)

Overnight bookings are billed in 24-hour increments, starting from the sitter’s arrival time.
If your return on the final day exceeds the 24 hour period, a one time extended care fee applies to cover the extra hours.
📌 Example:
If the sitter arrives Monday at 4 PM, the base rate covers through Tuesday at 4 PM.
If you're returning Tuesday at 8 PM and ask the sitter to stay until 5 PM → Extended Care applies. -
All services start with a base rate for one pet.
For families with two or more pets that need care, please contact us for a custom quote.
Prices may be adjusted periodically to reflect market rates, service demand, or added value. Clients will always receive at least 30 days' written notice before any rate changes take effect..

Free Meet & Greet
We believe great pet care starts with trust, communication, and connection. That’s why we offer a complimentary Meet & Greet for all new clients before their first booking. This short visit gives us a chance to get to know each other—and, most importantly, for your pet to get comfortable with their new sitter.
This meeting typically lasts about 20–30 minutes and takes place at your home.
What’s Included During the Meet & Greet
Introduction with your sitter and a chance for your pet to interact
Review of your pet’s routine, habits, and any behavioral or medical needs
Walkthrough of your home for relevant care areas (feeding station, litter box, leash location, etc.)
Discuss services booked, scheduling, and communication preferences
Answer questions and review expectations on both sides
Optional: Key exchange or lockbox setup
Sitter Responsibilities
Arrive on time and prepared to take notes or log care details
Ask thoughtful questions about routines, health, and emergency plans
Gently engage with the pet (treats, calm energy, no pressure)
Offer a brief explanation of how Time to Pet works (real-time updates, scheduling, payments)
Respect the client’s home and communicate clearly throughout
📌 Client Responsibilities
Have pets accessible and ready for introductions (on leash or in home)
Provide a tour of care areas (feeding, litter box, crates, etc.)
Be ready to discuss your pet’s routine, quirks, and any special needs
Share access instructions (keys, codes, lockboxes) or make arrangements for handoff
Be open about expectations for sitter presence, pet behavior, and communication style
Let the sitter know about any cameras or home rules

GPS-Enabled Dog Walks
Our GPS-enabled dog walks are designed to keep your pup happy, healthy, and moving—while giving you real-time peace of mind. Whether your dog needs a quick midday potty break or a full hour of exercise and enrichment, our walks are fully personalized and tracked for your convenience.
All walks include GPS route tracking, time stamps, potty updates, and photos delivered through our Time to Pet app.
What’s Included During the Service
Real-time GPS tracking of the route
Bathroom break, clean-up, and fresh water refill
Basic post-walk check-in (wipe paws, crate or rest if needed)
Notes, photos, and walk summary via Time to Pet
Treats or enrichment during walk (if allowed by client)
Up to 2 dogs per walk, or 3 if small and manageable—at the sitter’s discretion

Sitter Responsibilities
Arrive within the scheduled time window
Use client-provided harness/leash (unless emergency gear is needed)
Bring their own waste bags and backup leash
Check collars/harnesses for proper fit before walking
Monitor for safety at all times (heat, other dogs, traffic, etc.)
Communicate immediately if there are concerns during the walk
Follow any specific walking instructions provided by the client (routes, leash reactivity, etc.)
📌 Client Responsibilities
Provide accessible, working leash/harness (fitted, labeled if possible)
Inform sitter of any behavioral considerations (pulling, reactivity, fear triggers, etc.)
Let sitter know if there are areas the dog should avoid or preferred walking routes
Have entry/exit access clearly established (keys, lockbox, alarm codes)
Make sure yard gates are locked if relevant
Disclose any medical conditions or exercise restrictions for the dog
Let sitter know if enrichment or post-walk routines are expected (crate, treat, etc.)

Need someone to check in on your pet while you’re away or at work? Our drop-in visits are the perfect solution for potty breaks, mealtime, playtime, or just a little love and attention while you're gone.
Whether it’s a midday break for your pup, feeding for your cat, or a wellness check on a senior pet, you’ll get real-time updates and peace of mind—every single visit.
What’s Included in a Drop-In Visit
30 or 60 minutes of personalized care
Bathroom break, feeding, and fresh water
Playtime, enrichment, or cuddles as appropriate
Medication administration if requested
Litter box scoop / light clean-up (if applicable)

Mail check, plant watering, or other light tasks upon request

12-hour overnight stay (typically ~7 PM–7 AM)
Evening & morning feedings

Light house duties: mail collection, plant watering, trash bins ( if applicable and subject to extra fees)
Daily updates & photos via Time to Pet app
Sitter Responsibilities
Arrive and depart on time based on agreed overnight hours
Follow detailed care instructions provided by the client
Secure the home before leaving (lock doors, turn off lights, check gates, etc.)
Respect client property and any house rules shared in advance
Communicate promptly and professionally through the Time to Pet app
Carry backup supplies (leash, poop bags, flashlight) in case of emergency
📌 Client Responsibilities
Provide clear written instructions for pet care, feeding, routines, medications, and emergency contacts
Make walking gear, food, cleaning supplies, and pet meds easily accessible
Disclose any indoor or outdoor cameras and where they are located
Communicate whether the sitter is allowed to leave the home during the day and for how long
Inform sitter of any restricted areas in the home
Provide clean bedding/towels, Wi-Fi info (for communication), and general home access info (codes, keys, alarm instructions)

While you're away, we treat your home with the same care and respect we give your pets. Our goal is to keep your space clean, secure, and welcoming—so you return to a home that feels just right.

Light cleaning and tidying during the stay
Basic upkeep (pet messes, dishes used, general cleanliness)
One-time $25 fee applies for additional tasks such as plant care, trash bins, or special requests
